The cost per delegate includes the following: training material, refreshments, lunch. No transport, accommodation, other social activities are covered by the above.

Please note:
1. If cancelled before 31 January 2009 - a refund of 75% of the fee;
2. If cancelled during the period 1 - 28 February 2009 - a refund of 50% of the fee;
3. If cancelled on or after 25 March 2009, no refund whatsoever will be paid.
